Extremely durable and robust wrought-iron pan "Made in Germany" with forged and welded hook handle for hanging. The appearance and material give this pan its unique character. The wrought iron pans are suitable for domestic use on electric, gas or induction cookers, but also for use on open fires. Compared to rolled iron pans, wrought iron pans also have a better heat behaviour and frying offers a unique taste experience. Due to the surface structure, a sealing protective layer forms from the first use of the pan. This patina develops with each subsequent use and enhances the outstanding quality. Not dishwasher safe.

Additional info on Iron

For special pots and many pans, cast iron or rolled iron is required. Heavy but with a very even heat distribution ideal for frying and cooking.
