Although all approved plug connections are standardized according to CEE, actually only two names have become established in connection with CEE:
- the red three-phase 400 V three-phase plugs (colloquially called power plugs).
- the blue single-phase 230 V plugs (commonly known as camping plugs).
The latter is what we are talking about here, as they are generally needed for the 230 volt power supply on the campsites in Europe.
